At Pro Catering Equipment Supplies, we understand that getting your equipment delivered safely and on time is critical to your business operations. We partner with reliable local couriers and freight specialists to ensure your orders reach you in excellent condition across South Africa.

1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all nine provinces in South Africa, including:

  • Major Hubs: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, and East London.
  • Regional & Outlying Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional transit time and surcharges depending on the size of the equipment.

2. Processing and Handling Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Transit Times & Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the equipment, and the delivery destination.

4. Delivery of Large & Heavy Items

Items such as generators, mobile toilets, and catering trailers require specialized freight handling.

  • Offloading: Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to assist with offloading. For extremely heavy items, you may need a forklift or a team of assistants.
  • Access: Ensure that the delivery vehicle (which may be a large truck) has clear access to your premises.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We take great care in packaging our products, but accidents can happen during transit.

  • Action Required: Please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery note.

7. Collection (Click & Collect)

Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our warehouse in Midrand to save on shipping costs.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and Saturday (08:30 – 15:30).
  • Requirement: Please wait for a “Ready for Collection” notification before arriving.
